Linseed or known as Flaxseed is the richest plant source for Omega 3. It also contains a high amount of Lignans and is a great source of fibre. They're a great anti inflammatory and have zero cholesterol.
Add linseed to a seed slice, salads or cereals. To get the best benefits from this super food, soak a spoonful in water overnight and add to your meals the next day. Linseed is great to be used in our GF Seed Cracker recipe or various homemade GF Bread recipes.
We recommend you don't heat them as you can lose a lot of the benefits mentioned above.
