Refund policy

Order Issues

If you are unsatisfied with your order due to the quality of our products, an issue with one of your products you receive, or an issue with the packaging or shipping, please contact us at info@honestwholefoodco.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of any issues.

We are unable to accept any returns or offer any exchanges.

Refunds

Where applicable, we may offer you a refund for all or part of your order.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment with 3 working days.

If you are having trouble receiving your refund, we ask that you allow some processing time and check with your bank. If you have still not received your refund, notify us and we will investigate.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order on the same day you place it.

As we aim to fulfil orders the next working day, cancellations may not be possible the following day, but get in touch and we will try to accommodate your request.

We do not charge a cancellation fee for unfulfilled orders.
