Shipping policy

Availability

We offer nationwide shipping to anywhere in New Zealand.

Currently we use PBT Couriers for all our shipping.

Our minimum order value is $20 to qualify for shipping.

Timeframes

We aim to pack and ship your order the next working day.

Our shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and our courier. Typically from courier pickup, South Island shipping takes 2-3 days and North Island shipping 3-4 days.

Rates

We charge different shipping rates depending on North or South Island, non-rural or rural, and weight.

Our standard shipping rates are based on orders up to 15kg. Any orders over 15kg will incur an additional courier charge. If the weight is not calculated correctly at checkout, we will confirm any additional charge and contact you to agree the cost before shipping.

Our standard shipping rates are based on non-rural deliveries. Rural deliveries will incur an additional delivery charge and we request that you select rural at checkout. If rural shipping is not selected correctly at checkout, we will confirm any additional charge and contact you to agree the cost before shipping. We recommend shipping to an alternative non-rural address if this is possible.
