Tamari Soy Sauce is a wheat free variety of fermented soy sauce. Tamari soy sauce is slightly darker in colour and thicker than shoyu soy sauce, with a similar smooth, salty taste. It does not contain wheat . The organic tamari soy sauce has no MSG or artificial preservatives and is rich in vitamin B and minerals. It is great for cooking, stir frying and homemade dressings.
