Chelsea White sugar is made from raw sugar which has undergone a process to remove the molasses from it.
It's recommended that processed, refined sugar should only be used every now and again and should be limited due to its poor nutritional content and if possible you should use a better alternative (like coconut sugar).
This sugar is perfect for baking and as a table sugar without any waste and excess packaging.
