This Gluten Free Flour is a premium high grade flour which is suitable for gluten free diets and general purpose baking as well as bread recipes. This Gluten free flour is a combination of many flours such as rice flour, maize starch and a starch flour. It is a flour where the gluten has been removed.

Gluten free flour can be used the same way as all purpose flour, although be aware when substituting that you don't need a binding substance to replace the gluten.

Farmers Mill Flour is New Zealand’s only independent grower-owned and operated flour producer. They import this flour from Australia because they do not process gluten free products at their mill in Timaru. All of their other flours are proudly 100% grown and milled in South Canterbury just 3hrs north of us here in Wanaka. 

Their range of flours are all unbleached, preservative and additive free and they produce high quality, consistent products perfect for your baking needs. We receive all of our products from Farmers Mill in bulk paper packaged bags which we compost and recycle.
