Cashew nuts are another nut high in vitamins, minerals, nutrients and antioxidants. They contain healthy fats which we need in the body to function optimally. Cashews are particularly high in Vitamins E & K along with minerals like copper, zinc, magnesium, iron, phosphate and selenium all of which we can't go without in our body.

Although cashews are one of the lowest-fibre, highest carbohydrate nuts, they pack a punch with their vitamin and mineral content. Cashews have been said to help with heart health, eye health and skin health. 

They are perfect to add to recipes and can be used as a great substitute to use in vegan diets. Cashews when blended are really creamy so can be used in healthy sauces or vegan cheeses as their consistency is so thick.

These cashews are halves and pieces of cashew nuts. We will be getting whole cashews in again shortly.
