Rye Flour is a flour milled from rye grain. It is similar to wheat and barley, but has a denser texture and lower gluten content. Rye flour has been shown to improved cholesterol levels and glucose regulation when consumed over time.
You can use this rye flour to make rye bread, such as pumpernickel, scones, or in other rye based baking.
