Chelsea Caster Sugar is refined white sugar that is finer-grained than regular granulated white sugar. Because of its superfine texture it dissolves more easily, making it ideal for cakes, custards and desserts. It’s also perfect for snowy white meringues.
It's recommended that processed, refined sugar should only be used every now and again and should be limited due to its poor nutritional content and if possible you should use a better alternative (like honey or brown rice syrup).
This sugar is perfect for baking and as a table sugar without any waste and excess packaging.
