DIY Natural Toilet Cleaner

We have been using this natural, DIY toilet cleaner recipe in our home for a while now and its so simple to make, totally safe for the kids, plus doesn't require any hard to find or expensive ingredients. I find it works really well for us and actually cleans the toilet bowl really well and leaves it with a bit of a shine plus an amazing refreshing smell.

I have been trying to perfect this recipe for a while now as the consistency of it was challenging me for a while but I think I have done it! If you give this recipe a try then please let me know how it goes for you.

Natural DIY Toilet Cleaner

1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup washing soda
1/2 - 1 cup water depending on the size of the container you use
10 drops Peppermint (or any other flavour) pure essential oil

I normally throw this all into my magic bullet and whiz it up as the washing soda that I use is still a semi crystal form so by blending it just ensures it is all mixed up and dissolved properly. I then simply pour into my toilet cleaner container which I use over and over and its done. When you go to use just use it around the bowl as you would any other cleaner. If your cleaner is too thick just add a little more water to it and vice versa.
