Chantal Organics Tamari is a fermented soy food that is slightly darker and thicker than soy sauce but has a very similar taste. It also does not contain wheat, therefore is gluten free. Tamari helps with the digestion of vegetables and grains so is a great addition in meals. It is also rich in vitamin B and minerals.
Tamari mixed in with rice dishes is a favourite in our households and can also be included with vegetables, meats, fish or in dressings.

For customers outside of our local area we can now send your liquids new jars you can purchase here. We need to ensure that any glass and liquids that are sent, are wrapped in reused paper and/or cardboard so please be aware you will have a little more waste with your order.
