This Organic Tahini is made from 100% roasted sesame seeds ground down until a smooth creamy paste is formed. Hulled tahini has had the kernels removed from the seeds before grinding to give a creamier taste than unhulled. Tahini adds a nutty flavour to dishes and goes great in cooking, dressings, hummus or as a nut replacement. It is high in protein and vitamins B and E which helps provide energy, promotes a healthy heart and improves brain function. Tahini is also great for helping lower high cholesterol levels.
