These chocolate bliss balls are a healthy, refined sugar free option but with a bit of chocolatey goodness. They only contain 5 ingredients and the recipe is a super simple 'throw everything in the blender recipe' they take less than ten 10 minutes to whip for a healthy, waste free delicious chocolate treat - plus they look super pretty as a thoughtful gift.
Ingredients: Dates, almonds, shredded coconut, organic raw cacao and a little pinch of Himalayan sea salt to bring out more of the chocolate flavour.
1. Soften dates in 1/2 cup boiling water.
2. Put all ingredients in the blender including dates and water, blend super well.
3. Roll into little balls and roll them in some coconut if you would like or you can get creative with what you roll them in and use melted chocolate, cacao nibs, diced cranberries or a little dusting of cacao powder.
4. Pop in the fridge for a couple of hours to set and then store in the fridge in the jar for up to 3-4 weeks.
